Role Overview

We are looking for a Distribution & SEO Manager to maximize content reach, improve search visibility, and drive audience growth through strategic distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content distribution strategies across multiple channels
• Manage YouTube SEO and channel optimization
• Execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns
• Manage CRM-based audience engagement initiatives
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization
• Track traffic, engagement, and performance metrics
• Identify new opportunities for content amplification

Requirements

• Experience in SEO, content distribution, or digital marketing
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and search optimization
• Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Probation Period

This position includes a probation period of 3 months before confirmation of employment.
