Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Medical Education & Conference Coordinator to manage DNB program coordination, academic activities, conferences, workshops, CMEs, and consultant academic schedules. The candidate should have prior experience in hospital academic coordination or medical education management and be capable of handling multiple academic and conference-related activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate DNB academic programs and related documentation
• Manage academic schedules, seminars, CMEs, workshops, and conferences
• Coordinate with consultants, residents, faculty, and external speakers
• Ensure smooth execution of medical education activities
• Maintain records related to DNB/NMC/NBE requirements
• Assist in accreditation and academic compliance activities
• Coordinate conference logistics, registrations, and event planning
• Work closely with clinical and academic departments
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in DNB program coordination / medical education department
• Familiarity with NBE/DNB academic processes
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Exposure to hospital academic environment preferred
Experience
• 3–6 years preferred
