Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Documentation Officer, located in the Pune Division. The Documentation Officer will manage, review, and maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation across various departments. Daily responsibilities include overseeing export-related documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and maintaining efficient document control systems. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Documentation and Document Management, with a focus on accuracy and organization
• Proficiency in Export Documentation with knowledge of compliance requirements
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience or familiarity with Export processes and regulations
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in standard documentation tools and software
• Relevant experience in the aerospace, electronics, or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
