Domain Reputation & Email Deliverability Full Time

We are hiring a Freelancer for Domain Reputation & Email Deliverability (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Improve and maintain domain reputation
• Monitor email deliverability performance
• Configure and optimize SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Warm up domains and IPs properly
• Reduce spam placement and improve inbox rates
• Monitor blacklist status and sender reputation
• Work with bulk email infrastructure and SMTP systems
• Provide weekly reporting and recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email deliverability
• Strong understanding of DNS records and email authentication
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of spam filters and reputation monitoring tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Preferred:

• Experience with cold email infrastructure
• Knowledge of domain warming strategies
• Familiarity with inbox placement testing tools
