Role Description

This is a part-time, Online DSA Mentor role. The DSA Mentor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), conducting workshops, providing individual feedback, and assisting students with coding challenges and projects. The mentor will help students gain practical knowledge, overcome obstacles, and foster skills development in computational problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms with proven problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Coding and Programming Languages relevant to DSA
• Effective communication, mentorship, and teaching skills
• Experience in competitive programming and familiarity with platforms like Codeforces, LeetCode, or HackerRank
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and encourage a positive learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a strong advantage
