Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an E-Billing Specialist. The E-Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing and submitting invoices, ensuring compliance with client billing guidelines, resolving billing discrepancies, and providing support to clients. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and fostering effective communication to ensure smooth and timely billing operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-billing or legal billing
- Strong knowledge of e-billing platforms such as TyMetrix 360 (T360) ,Legal Tracker , Collaborati , Legal-X , Legal Exchange
- Experience with tools such as eHub, BillBlast, and billing systems like Aderant
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic formulas, reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle client rejections and resolve issues efficiently
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and attorneys
