Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager who has worked with brands, especially in the B2C/D2C space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end E-commerce operations across website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and logistics coordination
- Handle inventory planning and stock management to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and catalog management
- Monitor and improve marketplace performance metrics (sales, returns, ratings, etc.)
- Work closely with marketing team for campaign planning and execution
- Ensure smooth returns, refunds, and customer experience
- Analyze data and prepare reports for business growth and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Operations Manager or similar role with a brand (B2C/D2C preferred)
- Strong knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Good understanding of E-commerce KPIs and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in wellness, skincare, or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with ERP tools and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of marketplace ads and promotions
- Strong coordination and team management skills
