About the Role
Bellissimo Graphix is looking for a dynamic and driven *E-Commerce Manager & Social Media Associate* who can seamlessly manage both brand-building and marketplace growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, content strategy, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and operations teams to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
* Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
* Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Create engaging captions and coordinate with designers for creative development.
* Stay updated with emerging social media trends, viral formats, reels, and platform updates.
* Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
* Track content performance and generate basic insights and reports.
* Support content shoots and brand campaigns when required.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
* Manage and optimize storefronts across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms.
* Monitor product listings, inventory visibility, catalog health, and marketplace performance.
* Execute and optimize advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
* Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and marketplace analytics.
* Coordinate with logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and related service providers.
* Support sales growth through listing optimization, promotional planning, and marketplace strategies.
* Ensure smooth execution from customer acquisition to order fulfillment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Fresher to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, E-Commerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and content trends.
* Working knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms.
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
* Excellent communication and content writing skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing personal or professional social media accounts.
* Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, or content creation tools.
* Understanding of reels hooks, viral content formats, and audience behavior.
* Exposure to marketplace performance marketing and e-commerce operations.
* Passion for digital marketing, branding, and business growth.
CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA
