About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and scale marketplace operations for our retainer clients across platforms like Amazon and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). This role requires a strong mix of execution, analytical thinking, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Marketplace Management
.• Manage end-to-end Amazon seller/vendor accounts for multiple brands
‣ Optimize product listings (SEO, titles, keywords, At content) • Plan and execute Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) • Monitor and improve KPIs like CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS • Track competitor activity, pricing, and keyword rankings • Manage reviews, ratings, and account health
2. Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart) . Catalogue onboarding and listing optimization
* Inventory planning and stock allocation across dark stores • Coordinate with platform account managers
. Execute platform promotions, visibility campaigns, and banners
* Ensure high product availability and minimize stockouts
3. Performance & Growth
* Drive revenue growth across marketplaces
* Identify opportunities for scaling (ads, pricing, bundling, offers)
* Analyze data and optimize conversion rates
4. Client & Internal Coordination
* Share weekly/monthly performance reports with clients
* Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams
• Build growth strategies for each brand
Requirements
. 1.5-4 years of experience in managing Amazon marketplaces
. Exposure to Blinkit/ Zepto / Instamart preferred
* Strong understanding of marketplace metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
* Hands-on with Amazon Ads dashboard
* Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout (good to have)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously Preferred Background
* Experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce agency • Experience handling multiple product categories
* Understanding of D2C brands KPIs/ Success Metrics . Revenue growth across accounts • Improvement in ACOS / ROAS • Listing conversion rate uplift • Stock availability (Quick Commerce) . Client satisfaction & retention
