This role sits within our Planning team and works closely with our Merchant group to keep product moving from initial buy through to live listing. You will report to our Planning Manager and collaborate daily with Production, merchants, and Digital Commerce leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Buy Sheet & Buying Process
– Own buy sheet setup and completion from initiation through to final handoff
– Coordinate with Production to ensure all fields are accurate, complete, and on schedule
– Serve as the central point of accountability for buy sheet data integrity across your categories
Product Content & Workflow Operations
– Package product information for handoff and manage data enrichment in Salsify
– Track tasks and workflow handoffs in Asana to keep content advancing smoothly into production
Market Research & Merchant Support
– Research price point positioning and run competitive benchmarks for new and existing items
– Respond to product information requests from merchants and buyers
– Evaluate market potential for products and brands prioritized by merchant and Digital Commerce leadership
Sales Analysis & Forward Planning
– Analyze sales performance for assigned categories and brands, identifying trends and underperforming areas
– Build recommendations on reorder, repositioning, or discontinuation — and support forward marketing planning
– Ensure product listings are set up to specification with accurate content, pricing, and categorization

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
– 3 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, retail planning, digital product operations, or a related field
– Hands-on experience with a PIM platform — Salsify experience is a strong plus
– Working knowledge of Asana or a comparable project management tool
– Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable with buy sheets, pricing models, and sales data
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across time zones
Preferred
– Background in DTC, consumer goods, or wholesale buying/planning support
– Familiarity with competitive pricing analysis and market research methods
– Experience working with digital commerce KPIs such as sell-through rate, conversion, margin, or ranking
– Prior experience supporting cross-functional teams in a global organization
