About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial leader to own and scale our Marketplace & Emerging Channels business across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. This is not a typical category management role. The ideal candidate is a hustler × strategist × operator — someone who can think big, execute fast, and take complete ownership of revenue, margins, and growth across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale Doodhvale Farms’ presence across marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations — listings, cataloging, visibility, ratings, reviews, and growth
- Drive complete P&L ownership including revenue, margins, and contribution
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new SKUs and categories
- Lead promotions, platform campaigns, and visibility initiatives in collaboration with brand & marketing teams
- Build and manage strong relationships with marketplace account managers and category teams
- Unlock growth levers including merchandising support, placements, and joint business plans
- Monitor performance metrics including sales, returns, SLAs, fill rates, and availability
- Identify operational gaps and implement fast, data-driven solutions
- Work cross-functionally with Growth, Supply Chain, Tech, Content, and Operations teams
- Continuously analyze marketplace trends, competition, and emerging channel opportunities
Skills & Competencies
- 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, online retail, or brand growth.
- Prior experience scaling brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart etc.
- Background in FMCG, D2C, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and GTM strategies
- Proven experience managing revenue targets and P&L responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision making.
- Experience managing platform dashboards and performance reporting.
- Someone hungry to build, own, and scale — sleeves-rolled-up mindset required.
