Role Description The Ecommerce Account Management Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting client accounts across various ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will assist with monitoring online storefronts, tracking product performance, and updating product listings, pricing, and promotional content as directed. You will help gather and analyze sales and customer data, prepare basic performance reports, and surface insights for the account management team. Day-to-day tasks include responding to routine customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve account or order issues, and maintaining accurate documentation in shared tools and systems. You will also support sales-related activities such as inventory checks, campaign execution, and competitor research to help optimize ecommerce performance for clients.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret basic data, identify trends, and support performance reporting.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving for online shoppers and clients.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Interest or foundational knowledge in e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital retail operations.
• Motivation to support sales initiatives, including upselling opportunities, promotion tracking, and account growth activities.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively, and using digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets); experience with ecommerce or CRM tools is a plus.
• Interest in Web3, AI, and emerging technologies, and willingness to learn about these markets.
