eCommerce Accounts Executive Full Time

PC Chandra Jewellers is seeking an experienced eCommerce Account Executive to support our growing eCommerce division. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Accounting Closure: Oversee timely and accurate monthly closures with schedule reviews.

Prepaid & Provision Expenses: Manage provision expenses on a monthly basis with precision.

MIS Reporting: Prepare and manage MIS reports related to accounts payable.

Daily Entries: Record and maintain daily entries for accounts payable.

Expense Ledger Management: Maintain detailed and accurate expense ledgers.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, TCS, and all relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Only 1- 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within an eCommerce environment.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and TCS regulations.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
