Ecommerce Manager – D2C Full Time NEW

Himeya is seeking a performance-driven D2C Manager to own and scale HimeyaLife.com into a major revenue engine for the brand. This role demands a sharp commercial mindset, strong execution capability, and deep expertise in D2C growth across traffic, conversion, retention, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in operating and scaling D2C businesses on Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & P&L Ownership
• Own the end-to-end revenue targets for HimeyaLife.com.
• Drive month-on-month GMV growth with clear ROI accountability.
• Build and execute the D2C growth roadmap to make the website a key revenue channel.
• Growth Strategy & Execution
• Identify new growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
• Strengthen the brand’s digital presence through SEO, content, and organic traffic initiatives.
• Improve traffic quality while continuously working to reduce CAC.
• Paid Media & Performance Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to scale high-performing paid channels.
• Ensure consistent measurement, A/B testing, and performance tracking across all campaigns.
• Platform & Analytics Management
• Manage all operations related to Shopify—including merchandising, product uploads, offers, and customer journey enhancements.
• Analyze D2C analytics to improve conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall user experience.
• Use dashboards (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta/Google dashboards, etc.) to monitor performance and inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling D2C businesses, preferably for consumer brands.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Shopify.
• Practical experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of D2C metrics, growth levers, user funnels, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
