Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and scale our presence across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and D2C channels. The role involves end-to-end account management, performance marketing coordination, and driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Handle Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Oversee D2C website operations, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure catalog hygiene, listings optimization, and content quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams (cataloging, performance marketing, supply chain).
• Monitor account health, availability, and buy box metrics.
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in e-commerce/marketplace/D2C management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
