Role Description

This is a remote part-time role for an Ecommerce Specialist Intern. The intern will engage in a variety of tasks, including conducting ecommerce sales operations, analyzing sales trends and performance data, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. The role also involves assisting the team in optimizing ecommerce processes and contributing to the development of strategies that drive online sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in E-Commerce management and Sales operations
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
• Familiarity with digital retail platforms will be an advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage work within a collaborative environment
• Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred
