Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Education Counsellor for who will guide students about our courses, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Counsel students about digital marketing courses and career opportunities
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
- Convert leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with trainers and marketing team
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred)
- Ability to work under targets
