About the Role

The EIA Trainee/Executive will support environmental impact assessment-related work through documentation, coordination, data preparation, and compliance support. The role is designed for someone who can learn regulatory workflows quickly and contribute to accurate reporting, internal coordination, and timely completion of deliverables.

The position requires attention to detail, willingness to work on-site, and the ability to support field and office-based requirements as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation and review of environmental impact assessment documentation, ensuring the inputs are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal and regulatory requirements. The outcome is faster, more reliable submission-quality work.
• Coordinate with internal teams and site stakeholders to collect data, clarify inputs, and close gaps that could delay deliverables. This keeps environmental reporting moving on time and reduces rework.
• Assist in field visits, observations, and data collection when required, translating site information into usable records for the team. The result is better decision-making grounded in current project conditions.
• Maintain project files, trackers, and compliance records so that information remains organized, auditable, and easy to retrieve. This improves control, traceability, and continuity across assignments.
• Support the team in tracking deadlines, follow-ups, and pending items related to EIA work and associated approvals. This helps the business stay ahead of risk and avoid avoidable delays.
• Prepare summaries, notes, and supporting documents for reviews, meetings, and submissions. This ensures leaders have the right information to take timely action.
