Email & Content Marketing Strategist Full Time

Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Email & Content Marketing Strategist to lead and execute our clients’ email and digital engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on email marketing(domestic and international), including automation, segmentation, and analytics.
• Own and manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end: campaign planning, copywriting, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Maintain and update content calendars, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital marketing assets.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in email marketing and digital content.

Requirements:

• Proven 3-5yrs experience in content management and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or B2C.
• In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Klaviyo, or HubSpot.
• Strong expertise in email segmentation, deliverability, and campaign performance metrics.
• Proficient in managing social media accounts and using content planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion.
• Excellent writing, editing skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, paid campaigns, and performance marketing metrics is a plus.
