About The Role
As an Email Designer at RapidX, you’ll design high-quality, conversion-focused emails that work seamlessly across devices and platforms. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Developers to ensure fast turnarounds, brand accuracy, and high-quality execution. Beyond day-to-day delivery, you’ll help evolve our design systems, experiment creatively, and support junior designers in raising overall team standards.
What will you do?
Email Design & Execution
1. Design engaging, mobile-first emails that drive performance.
2. Deliver new emails and handle revisions with accuracy and speed.
3. Ensure brand consistency across multiple clients.
4. Reduce reworks by maintaining high design precision.
Innovation & Branding
1. Publish portfolio-worthy work on social platforms
2. Support internal marketing and branding initiatives.
3. Explore and document use of new tools (including AI) for creative efficiency.
4. Share best practices and learnings with the wider design team.
Process & Systems
1. Maintain and improve centralized Figma libraries.
2. Build reusable templates/components for faster delivery.
3. Document workflows that prevent common design errors.
4. Ensure all design assets are properly organized and linked in ClickUp.
Collaboration & Mentorship
1. Actively participate in cross-functional syncs with Account Managers and Developers.
2. Provide constructive design review feedback to peers.
3. Proactively flag systemic issues and recommend solutions.
Must Have
1. 2+ years of experience in email or digital design
2. Advanced proficiency in Figma
3. Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and responsive design
4. Ability to manage high-volume creative output across multiple brands.
5. Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (role dependent)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a half day)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
