We’re Hiring at TalentPop App: Email Marketing Assistant (Remote) Join TalentPop App as an Email Marketing Assistant and take the lead in shaping strategic email campaigns that drive engagement, build customer loyalty, and strengthen our digital presence. This is a remote position where you’ll play a key role in our marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute email campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
- Craft compelling content and create visually engaging email designs tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using email analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to align messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing email campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a creative mindset.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speed.
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
