Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Email Support Executive focusing on the Australia region. The Email Support Executive will handle customer inquiries professionally, provide accurate and timely responses, and resolve concerns via email. This role entails maintaining detailed records of interactions, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to improve processes and communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including proficiency in email etiquette and written communication
• Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure accurate documentation and support operations
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Support
• Effective Phone Etiquette and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Proficiency with standard office and communication software tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in customer support roles preferred but not required
