Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Employee Relations Manager based in Ramnagar. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. Daily responsibilities include addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, promoting employee engagement, and supporting performance management processes. The individual will contribute to organizational success by creating strategies that strengthen employee retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
- Solid understanding of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in managing Performance Management processes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in using HR software and data for decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree in HR or related field is a plus
- Relevant experience in employee relations in a corporate environment is preferred
