Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Employer Relations & Career Manager to manage employer partnerships, candidate onboarding, marketplace growth, and career solution sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping both employers and candidates succeed.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Relations & Marketplace Growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, recruiters, and hiring partners
• Onboard companies onto the Vryfide platform for hiring and job posting requirements
• Ensure active employer engagement and marketplace growth
• Coordinate with hiring teams to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions

Candidate Onboarding & Career Support

• Guide candidates through onboarding on the Vryfide platform
• Help candidates understand career services, subscriptions, and AI-powered tools
• Support candidates in improving career opportunities and job readiness
• Assist candidates with career guidance and professional development solutions

Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital outreach
• Achieve onboarding and sales targets on a monthly basis
• Maintain strong follow-up and client relationship management
• Identify opportunities for business growth and strategic partnerships

Career Solutions & Upskilling Promotion

• Promote professional courses and career enhancement programs
• Help candidates choose suitable learning solutions aligned with their career goals

Key Requirements

• 1–6+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, HRTech, EdTech, Client Relations, or Customer Success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Experience in B2B and B2C engagement preferred
