Your Work Profile

• Work with team to develop and foster a positive candidate experience.
• Comfortable using SAP / Ariba system for creating POs / Amendments / Invoicing.
• Understanding requirements & accordingly selecting vendors to get appropriate quotes.
• Detailed understanding on vendor management.
• Maintaining MIS for day to day procurements.
• Maintaining and updating vendor data on regular basis.
• Co-ordination with stakeholder and vendor for timely delivery of purchased goods / services.
• Inter department co-ordination at PAN India level.
• Agreements / Rate Contract management.
• Strong negotiations skills for procuring quality goods / services at best price.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with min 2 years of experience in similar role,

• Graduation / Post Graduation in any field with

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Prior experience in Non-IT Procurement
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with MS Office and SAP
• Excellent internal and external Stakeholder Management skills
