Role Summary:

The Endpoint Compliance Team Member is responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and operational health of endpoint systems across the enterprise. This role focuses on managing endpoint security solutions, monitoring compliance parameters, handling security incidents, supporting audits, and performing day‑to‑day endpoint operations using tools such as Palo Alto Cortex XDR, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Security Operations

• Manage and administer the Palo Alto Cortex XDR solution for endpoint systems, including policy enforcement, incident investigation, troubleshooting, and remediation activities.
• Monitor endpoint security posture to ensure all mandated security controls and agents are functioning as expected on active endpoint systems.
• Coordinate with the SOC team and end users for investigation, containment, and closure of endpoint‑related security incidents on a 24×7 monitoring model.

Reporting & Audit Support

• Generate, validate, and publish periodic compliance and operational reports covering:
• Endpoint security posture
• Patch compliance
• Vulnerability and configuration status
• Support internal audits, regulatory audits, and management reviews by providing accurate data, evidence, and compliance metrics.

Endpoint Management & Operations

• Perform day‑to‑day operational activities, including:
• Monitoring endpoint health and agent status
• Basic incident response and troubleshooting
• Compliance and deployment health checks
• Assist in maintaining consistent endpoint protection effectiveness across desktops, laptops, and servers.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with SOC, Infra, EUC, and Security teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and compliance gaps.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to endpoint security hardening, automation, and compliance optimization.

Years of Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: B.Tech/BE/ME/M.Tech or MCA

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years Experience in endpoint security and compliance operations in a large enterprise environment with Hands on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XDR or similar XDR solution
• Working knowledge of SCCM and Microsoft Intune
• Understanding of endpoint security controls, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in security incident handling and coordination with SOC teams
• Strong documentation, reporting, and audit support skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience supporting regulatory or internal IT security audits
• Familiarity with endpoint hardening standards and security baselines
• Knowledge of enterprise patch management and vulnerability remediation processes
• Scripting or automation exposure (PowerShell) for reporting or health checks

• Reports to: Endpoint Compliance / Infrastructure Security Lead
• Key stakeholders: SOC, Endpoint Engineering, IT Operations, Audit & Risk teams
