The Technical Services Field Engineer Is Responsible To
Perform service activity on products supplied by Vantive within the geographical area of responsibility.
Perform sales support activities on products & processes within the geographical area of responsibility.
Ensure following Vantive Code of conduct with Integrity.
Install service and maintain products distributed by Vantive in the defined area of responsibility.
Establish & maintain communication & partnership with customers, team members and business contacts.
Ensure all activities are performed following the available instructions and information, within the quality system framework.
Report all relevant service activity, to ensure updated and accurate service data in the service system.
Ensure PM schedule upload in boost service and coordinate with engineers to ensure completion of PM per schedule.
Service contract proposal submission to customer and ensure Vantive service contract enrollment.
Payment AR follow up and recover payment within due date.
