Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We need someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and doesn’t mind being behind the scenes making things run smoothly.

The role:

Hours: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (night shift, aligned with US hours)

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

1. Responding to customer queries over call , email/chat
2. Managing incoming messages and keeping things organised
3. Basic computer tasks data entry, tracking, admin work
4. Following up on open issues so nothing falls through the cracks

What I’m looking for:

1. Fluent English, written and spoken. You should be comfortable enough to write on your own, not just copy-paste templates or use AI
2. Someone who’s reliable and actually shows up. This matters more than experience
3. Comfortable working independently during night shift hours
4. A decent laptop and stable internet connection

Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not a dealbreaker if you’re sharp and willing to learn.

This is fully remote. No commute, no office politics , just focused work and clear expectations.
