About The Bloomrise Academy The Bloomrise Academy is an online educational platform offering live, one-on-one classes for children aged 18 months to 12+ from anywhere in the world. Our mission is to nurture young minds through Knowledge, Faith and Excellence.

Role: Online English Language Teacher (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a passionate and qualified English Language Teacher to deliver personalised, age-appropriate online classes to young children from around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver live one-on-one English language classes via video call
• Teach reading, writing, speaking and listening skills appropriate to each child’s age and level
• Adapt lessons to each child’s age and learning pace
• Maintain regular communication with parents on progress
• Keep attendance and progress records

Requirements:

• Degree in English, Education or related field preferred
• Experience teaching English to children is essential
• Previous online teaching experience preferred
• Native or near-native English proficiency
• TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification is an advantage but not essential — we welcome passionate teachers at all stages of their career
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet or Skype
• Able to use online whiteboard tools such as Bitpaper, Explain Everything or similar
• Basic computer/tablet skills for online teaching
• Stable internet connection with camera and microphone
• Patient, warm and encouraging teaching style
• Availability for flexible hours across different time zones
