Surya Technologies is hiring an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Service Desk environments.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Intune (MDM, Autopilot, MAM)
- Windows Administration
- Networking & Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
- Hardware & Application Support
- Incident Management
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and endpoint devices.
- Resolve user incidents and service requests.
- Maintain documentation and ensure IT security compliance.
Excellent communication skills required.
ITIL, Microsoft Certifications, and ServiceNow experience are a plus.
