We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entity Processor to join our India Shared Services team supporting US-based entity compliance and regulatory filings.

This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build experience in administration, data entry, document management, and compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process US Secretary of State and regulatory filings
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
• Manage and respond to client document requests via email
• Support administrative and documentation tasks
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong skills may be considered)
• B.Com / BBA / BA (Legal) / Company Secretary Inter preferred
• Strong MS Office + Google Workspace skills
• Good written English communication
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
