Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Analyst to support US IT processes, including email marketing, back office operations, IT operations, and recruitment support.
US IT Process Support
- Work on US-based IT projects, clients, and workflows.
- Coordinate with US stakeholders across different time zones.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, SOPs, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Back Office Support
- Handle data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
- Maintain records, databases, and internal systems.
Recruitment Support
- Source candidates for US IT roles using job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
