Marginon Analytics is building a research-driven subscription platform for Indian equity investors. We’re pre-launch, SEBI-track, and small enough that what you do actually matters.

Role Description

We’re not hiring someone to make decks and forward reports. We’re hiring someone who wants to learn how equity research actually gets done — by doing it.

You’ll work on:

📊 Company data collection, screener building, filings analysis

📈 Sector and peer comparison work

🌐 Building a network within the analyst community

🧠 Supporting the research engine that powers our subscription product

This is a hustle role. You’ll figure out a lot of things yourself. You’ll get direction, but not hand-holding.

🎯 What we want

– Curious about equities. Reads annual reports for fun.

– Strong Excel / Google Sheets. Comfortable with data.

– Writes clearly. Thinks independently.

– Doesn’t stop at the first blocker.

– Wants to build a career in capital markets, not just collect a certificate.

💼 The details

📍 Fully Remote

💰 ₹8,000/month stipend

🗓 6 months, starting within 4 weeks (earlier the better)

🔄 Strong performers may convert to permanent based on company milestones + individual performance
