Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ERP & IT Head role based at Factory office in Viramgam, Gujarat. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, ERP functional and technical assistance and and UAT, ensuring other IT projects are completed on time and within budget, Managing and establishing IT Budgets, responsible for Hardware and software, IT P&L, managing IT and MIS team, and meet business objectives. Key activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, developing project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and addressing any challenges or risks. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Functional & technical knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP implementations
• Proficiency in analyzing Business Processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Experience in Budgeting and effectively managing project financials
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex challenges
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects in Packaging/Manufacturing Industry
• IT, AI and Coding Background/Knowledge Preferred
