ESaaS – SFDC – Lightning UI & JavaScript Development Full Time NEW

We are looking for an SFDC Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce solutions to meet business needs while ensuring performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Development & Customization
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce Pages.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic and responsive user experiences.
• Implement Flows, Process Builders, and Declarative Automations for business logic.
• Provide support on existing applications as needed
• Integration & API Development
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Work with middleware tools and third-party connectors for seamless data exchange.
• Implement OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and External Identity Integrations.
• Performance Optimization & Debugging
• Optimize SOQL queries, Apex code, and LWC performance for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, security, and integrations.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across Salesforce and integrated applications.
• Collaboration & Agile Development
• Work closely with offshore and onsite teams, including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
• Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Document technical solutions and provide support for deployment and training.
• DevOps & Deployment
• Work with Salesforce DevOps tools e.g.(Copado, Git, AutoRabit, Azure DevOps for deployments.
• Ensure smooth sandbox-to-production migration and release management.
• Automate unit testing and regression testing using Salesforce tools

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Triggers.

✅ Exposure on REST/SOAP API development, integrations, and third-party connectors.

✅ Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, OAuth, and SSO.

✅ Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✅ Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps e.g. AutoRabit/Copado/Git/CICD pipelines/Jenkins.

✅ Familiarity with Agile Scrum Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Admin etc.) preferred.
