Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an EV Cabs Hub Operations Executive, based in New Delhi. The role involves managing day-to-day operations concerning EV cab services, coordinating with drivers, overseeing operational logistics, and ensuring smooth hub operations. The executive will analyze operations metrics, manage resources efficiently, address challenges in real time, and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to maintain seamless processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills for interacting with team members and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management for ensuring efficient day-to-day activity execution and resource management.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or hub operations is a strong advantage.
