Roles & ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate event activities as per the event schedule.
• Assist in pre-event planning and execution.
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Support event setup and dismantling activities.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with decorators, caterers, sound & light teams, artists, photographers, and other vendors.
• Ensure vendors arrive on time and complete work properly.
• Follow up on vendor requirements during the event.

Guest & Crowd Management

• Welcome and guide guests during events.
• Handle VIP guest coordination and hospitality.
• Manage crowd movement and audience coordination.
• Support registration counters and entry management.

Stage & Backstage Coordination

• Coordinate stage programs and announcements.
• Manage artist and chief guest coordination.
• Ensure smooth backstage operations during performances.

Team Management

• Coordinate with volunteers and event crew members.
• Allocate work responsibilities during events.
• Maintain communication with the operations team.

Event Operations

• Handle emergency coordination and problem-solving during events.
• Ensure event timing and workflow are maintained properly.
• Support valet parking, dining coordination, room coordination, and hospitality management when required.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 – ₹5,000.00 per day
