Event & Customer Coordination Specialist Full Time NEW

At Bigtoe, we’re growing fast—and our events business is exploding (corporate wellness, private events, special occasions). We’re looking for someone who can help us handle this growth with speed, clarity, and professionalism.

This role sits at the intersection of customer communication, coordination, and light sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to incoming event inquiries (corporate & personal)
• Collect and organize all required details (location, timing, services, group size)
• Follow up with potential customers to move them toward booking
• Keep conversations structured, professional, and warm
• Coordinate internally with our team for next steps

Secondary Responsibilities

• Help with basic customer support queries during defined windows
• Assist with simple booking/rescheduling requests
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English (clear, confident, easy to understand)
• Strong typing speed (50+ WPM preferred)
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations at once
• High ownership mindset—you don’t drop the ball

Bonus

• Experience in customer support, operations, or coordination roles
• Experience handling calls with US-based customers
• Basic sales instinct (following up, nudging conversions)
