Role Description

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure smooth business operations. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, handling communication, preparing expense reports, and coordinating meetings. The role requires maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Skill in Executive Support tasks, such as scheduling and organizing meetings
• Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
