About the Team
The Department ensures that the organisation operates with strong governance, regulatory adherence, and legal integrity. The Department manages all legal matters, corporate secretarial responsibilities, and compliance frameworks, enabling smooth and compliant business operations. The Department also includes the Public Policy & Government Affairs function, which works closely to represent the organisation’s interests before policy makers, regulators and industry bodies, and stay ahead of evolving regulatory developments. Together, these teams provide end-to-end ownership across legal, compliance, regulatory, and policy matters—from interpreting laws and managing board processes to ensuring compliance and maintaining key policy relationships.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant (EA), you will be central to optimizing the time and focus of the Head of LSC & PP, ensuring they remain dedicated to the highest organizational priorities. You will serve as a force multiplier, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution and providing support for high-impact initiatives that require meticulous coordination and follow-through. This role involves managing schedules, communications, and logistics end-to-end, from initial planning to implementation, to maximize the Leader’s effectiveness.
The position demands exceptional organizational skills, execution rigor, and a sharp attention to detail. Beyond managing calendars and logistics, you will engage with senior internal and external stakeholders, necessitating sophisticated communication skills and the ability to manage complex expectations diplomatically. You must exercise sound judgment and autonomy in determining how the Leader’s time is best allocated, a responsibility that carries significant impact. In this fast-paced environment, you are expected to anticipate needs, resolve problems amidst ambiguity, and adapt
swiftly to changing circumstances. Success in this role is defined by flawless execution, proactive thinking, resilience, and discretion.
What We Expect From You
● Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Travel & Event Planning: Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
● Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for the Head of LSC&PP, handling emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
● Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, board members, regulators, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
● Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.
● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the creation of presentations as needed.
● Operational Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of executive operations.
