Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Pune City. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks for senior leadership, coordinate schedules, and prepare reports. They will also oversee HR operations, assist in recruitment, policy implementation, and employee relations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting projects related to organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks, calendar management, and meeting coordination
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in an HR/executive assistant role is highly regarded
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team-oriented environment
