Executive Assistant in Delhi Full Time

• Executive & Calendar Management

Manage the Founder’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendar. Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and schedules. Prioritize tasks and prevent scheduling conflicts. Prepare daily agendas and briefing notes.

• Communication & Email Management

Manage and organize emails efficiently. Draft professional responses and follow-ups. Highlight urgent matters promptly. Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with design, production, merchandising, sales, marketing, accounts, and operations teams. Track timelines, pending tasks, and deliverables. Maintain follow-up trackers and status reports. Ensure smooth execution across departments.

• Meeting & Operations Support

Attend meetings where required and record MOMs. Track action items and ensure timely completion. Support operational discipline and accountability.

• Travel & Hospitality Management

Handle domestic and international travel bookings. Coordinate itineraries, hotel reservations, transport, and hospitality arrangements.

• Personal Assistance

Assist with selective personal scheduling and coordination. Manage appointments, reminders, reservations, and lifestyle logistics with discretion.
