Executive Assistant in Jaipur Full Time

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day business operations, coordination, communication, and task management. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth execution of priorities in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently without constant follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, reminders, and appointments.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure seamless scheduling.
• Handle follow-ups and ensure timely completion of important tasks.
• Prioritize meetings and tasks based on urgency and business requirements.
• Act as a point of contact between the Founder and internal teams/clients.
• Draft emails, messages, meeting notes, and professional communications.
• Coordinate with departments for updates, task tracking, and execution.
• Ensure smooth information flow across teams.
• Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and pending tasks.
• Maintain reports, documents, spreadsheets, and records.
• Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and business materials.
• Support in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Handle personal assistance tasks in a professional capacity, including scheduling and coordination.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
