Executive Assistant Intern: Co-Founder’s Office Full Time NEW

About the role

We’re looking for a sharp, organised intern to provide top-level support at Co-Founder office. Our Top executives spend too much time on logistics, paperwork, scheduling, and follow-ups – and not enough on the work only they can do. Your job is to fix that. You’ll manage their calendar, inbox, travel, paperwork, and meeting prep so cleanly that they stops thinking about any of it. This is a high-trust, behind-the-scenes role – not glamorous, but a genuinely high-impact seat to learn how a venture-backed startup actually runs from the inside.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management – scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating meetings across internal and external stakeholders
• Responding to emails and document requests on the Co-Founder’s behalf
• Preparing the Co-Founder for meetings – pulling together briefs, agendas, background notes, and relevant documents in advance
• Drafting slides, meeting notes, follow-up emails, and internal documents
• Travel management – flights, hotels, visas, cabs, itineraries, and expense reports for domestic and international trips
• Filing, documentation, and record-keeping (contracts, invoices, compliance paperwork, vendor docs)
• Data entry and data hygiene across internal tools
• Coordinating with vendors, agencies, and external partners on routine operations
• Light errand-running and on-ground coordination when needed
• Anything else that frees up the Co-Founder’s time – the role flexes around what’s most useful that week

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (final-year students welcome)
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Docs/Sheets/Slides, Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Experience managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics – through prior internships, college roles, or work experience
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, able to multi-task with strong follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Service mindset – you take pride in making someone else’s day easier
• Discreet with sensitive information and reliable with deadlines

Bonus points

• Prior experience as an EA, ops intern, or in any heavy-coordination role
• Interest in startups, media, or AI

The details

• Duration: 3-6 months, with potential to extend or convert to full-time
• Stipend: ₹10,000/month
• Location: On-site, Noida
• Start: Immediate
