Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Executive Assistant. The intern will assist in managing schedules, organizing administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, and providing executive support. Daily responsibilities include facilitating communication, managing high-priority tasks, arranging meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow for business executives. The role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in administrative and executive support within a digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support
• Proficiency in creating and managing Expense Reports
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with office tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling platforms
• Interest or experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
