Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
• Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and business documents.
• Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management.
• Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and task follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing reports, data analysis, and presentations for business reviews.
• Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks and management directives.
• Support management in operational and administrative activities.
