Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence
- Maintain records, documents, and reports
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support office administration and daily operations
- Manage follow-ups, travel arrangements, and task tracking
Required Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year of experience in Executive Assistant / Secretary / Admin roles
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office and email management
- Strong coordination, organization, and time-management skills
