Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for smooth communication
- Maintain records, documents, and basic reports
- Assist in hiring coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate communication)
- Support operational tasks and ensure timely follow-ups on action points
- Prepare simple presentations, documents, and summaries when required
- Assist with data organization and internal documentation
- Support the CEO with research and information gathering when needed
- Help coordinate projects across departments
