Executive Assistant to CFO/Managing Director Full Time

Role Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a background in Business Analysis and/or Operations with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic Leadership team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will support the CFO/MD (Raj Rayon Industries Ltd- Group Polyester Division) based in mumbai and help improve his efficiency, drive business improvements, and optimise processes. This is a full-time position requiring deep knowledge and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure business goals align with the CEO’s vision. 

Responsibilities include managing executive administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the CFO/Managing Director. The role requires preparing and managing expense reports, providing executive-level support, and efficiently handling administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience with preparing and managing Reports
• Strong Executive Support skills to manage schedules, meetings, and priorities effectively
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and tools
