Departmental Activities
Quality and Operational Excellence team does the Forensic Investigation for Payroll, Employee Benefits and Vendor Payments, reporting MIS to lCs, analytics for lCs, periodic audit of controls, managing ISO certification, driving Business process improvements & automation.
